We developed a custom ERP and administration panel for Notes by Notes to simplify the management of multiple music schools and bring important academic, employee, and financial activities into one connected platform. The system includes dedicated login environments for students, teachers, employees, and administrators, allowing every user to access the information and functions relevant to their role. From student records and teacher activities to employee administration and payment management, the ERP provides the management team with better control over everyday operations.

01 Problem

Managing multiple music schools involves much more than organizing lessons. The management team needs to maintain student information, coordinate teachers, manage employees, control user access, monitor administrative activities, and keep payment information organized. When these activities are handled separately, it can create difficulties in maintaining accurate records, accessing information quickly, and coordinating operations across different users and school activities. Notes by Notes needed one centralized system that could connect academic management, staff administration, user access, and payments within a single platform.

02 Approach

We began by understanding the different users involved in the Notes by Notes ecosystem and what each user needed from the system. Instead of creating a single generic dashboard, we structured the ERP around role-based access and dedicated user experiences.

The platform was planned around four primary user roles:

• Admin Login – Centralized control over users, operations, records, and payments.

• Student Login – Dedicated access for students to view relevant academic and account information.

• Teacher Login – A structured environment for teachers to manage their teaching-related activities and student information.

• Employee Login – Dedicated access for employees to manage their assigned operational responsibilities.

We also integrated payment management into the ERP to help the organization maintain better visibility over financial transactions and student payment records.

03 Solution

ROLE-BASED ERP BUILT FOR MUSIC EDUCATION OPERATIONS:

Revuteck developed a custom ERP solution that brings different areas of Notes by Notes into one centralized administration system.

• Admin Panel
The admin panel acts as the main control center of the ERP, allowing authorized administrators to manage users, student information, teachers, employees, payments, and other operational records from one place.

• Student Login
Students receive their own login access, creating a more organized digital experience for managing information related to their learning and account.

• Teacher Login
Teachers can access a dedicated portal designed around their academic responsibilities, helping improve coordination between instructors, students, and management.

• Employee Login
Employees receive role-specific access to the system, helping the organization distribute operational responsibilities while maintaining centralized administrative control.

• Payment Management
The ERP includes a structured payment management system to help administrators maintain student payment information and financial records more efficiently.
