A COMPLETE LMS BUILT FOR STUDENTS, INSTRUCTORS & ADMINISTRATOR

We developed a custom e-learning and Learning Management System for Meteorite Academy that connects students, instructors, courses, assessments, live sessions, payments, certifications, and platform administration within one digital ecosystem.

The platform provides separate workflows for students, trainers, tutors, institutions, and administrators, allowing each user to access the tools and information relevant to their role.

The LMS also supports multimedia learning, live meetings, course downloads, quizzes, assignments, progress tracking, certificates, subscriptions, payment integrations, and advanced video-player functionality.

Problem

Meteorite Academy required more than a basic course website.

The platform needed to manage students, instructors, course content, videos, assignments, quizzes, live classes, certificates, payments, subscriptions, communication, and academic progress from one centralized environment.

Students needed a simple way to access learning materials and monitor progress, while instructors required tools to create courses, manage learners, conduct assessments, and communicate with students.

Administrators also needed complete control over users, courses, payments, marketing, integrations, platform settings, security, and reporting.

Approach

We structured the platform around three major user groups: students, instructors, and administrators.

For students, we focused on course accessibility, learning progress, assessments, certificates, communication, multimedia content, and mobile-friendly learning.

For instructors, we developed tools for course creation, content management, assignments, quizzes, student communication, grading, appointments, and instructor profiles.

For administrators, we created a centralized backend to manage users, courses, payments, marketing, integrations, platform settings, SEO, security, reports, and learning operations.

The platform was also designed to support multiple meeting tools, payment gateways, video sources, and scalable learning workflows.

The system supports both objective and subjective assessments, quizzes, question banks, assignments, previous papers, test series, grading, and course completion tracking.

Students can receive and download certificates after successfully completing eligible courses. Video Learning & Media Management

The learning platform includes an advanced video player supporting:

Additional features include subtitles, playback-speed control, resume play, loop, shuffle, drip content, and live-stream support.

Payments & Subscriptions

The LMS supports multiple payment methods for course purchases, subscriptions, instructor plans, and other transactions.
