Netizens have parallel emotions. Many have raised their voices in support of the star Allu Arjun that the stampede is an unfortunate incident and some have also showered abusive adjectives upon the actor for not offering personal apologies to the families. A video of him expressing mourning is regarded as very slick and devoid of reality. Comments on sites such as X (formally Twitter) accused him of rejoicing at the success of the film while he was slowly inagurating his concern over the tragic incident.
