Hyderabad Metro Rail Phase-III Expansion: The Telangana State Cabinet has given the green light to a massive transport infrastructure improvement plan for Hyderabad, with an estimated budget of Rs. 60,000 crore.

- BHEL-Patancheruvu-Isnapur Corridor
- L.B.Nagar – Hayatnagar – Peddamberpet Corridor
- Shamshabad Junction Metro station – Kothur – Shadnagar Corridor

- Shamshabad Airport – Tukkuguda ORR – Maheswaram X road – Kandukur Corridor
- Tarnaka – ECIL Elevated Metro

Phase-III Part C: Elevated 2-Level Corridors: Introducing an exclusively dedicated elevated two-level corridor for metro rail at the following routes a) JBS to Tumkunta b) Paradise junction to Kandlakoya via Kompally
Minister KTR expressed strong confidence in securing essential assistance from the Central Government to support the proposed Hyderabad Metro Rail expansion. The ambitious project aims for a total network span of 400 km and expects to be completed within three to five years.
I extend my sincere thanks to Hon’ble CM KCR Garu and my cabinet colleagues for resolving to expand Hyderabad Metro Rail connectivity to a whopping total 400 KM in the timeframe of next 3-5 years with an estimated outlay of ₹69,000 crores
