Discover the latest achievements of Indian cricketer Nitish Kumar Reddy, including his maiden Test fifty, Pushpa-inspired celebration, and recognition for his consistent performances in domestic and international cricket.

Nitish Kumar Reddy hits 50 during the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy series against Australia, he achieved his maiden Test half-century, celebrating with a gesture "Jukhega Nahi" inspired by the Allu Arjun starrer "Pushpa" that has been making news lately.
Former Chief Selector MSK Prasad initially critiqued Reddy's role in the Indian team, suggesting that his status as an all-rounder might be causing confusion and advocating for the inclusion of specialist players.
Reddy was consistent enough to be considered, and Prasad was forced to reassess his own position in order to make space in the playing eleven for Reddy's contributions like scoring 1,200 runs in a season, and a high score of 400 runs in an innings.
Talks about Reddy going up the order have flared up with all the good run of form, and they are now indicating quite how dearly he is valued by the team.
BCCI also tweeted "Flower nahi, Fire hai!" praising his victory.
