This project marks Chopra's first Indian film in six years, her last being 'The Sky Is Pink'. The film is described as an international action-adventure with a jungle backdrop, featuring Mahesh Babu in a role inspired by Lord Hanuman. Production is scheduled to begin in April 2025, with filming locations spanning India, the United States, and African forests. The project is expected to continue until the end of 2026, aiming for a theatrical release in 2027.
Rajamouli is reportedly in discussions with major global studios, including Disney and Sony, to collaborate on this venture, indicating plans for a worldwide release.
